At IDM Engineering we have our own Machine Shop and Fabrication Shop, as well as in house design and electrical expertise, making it easy for us to offer a facility perfect for prototyping. Enabling us to take your idea to the next level.

We can work from drawings, sketches or just instruction. Working along side you we can help take your idea and develop it. From producing a prototype, to carrying out product testing and certification and the helping you advance to the market place. We have a wide range of materials such as stainless stell, carbon steel, aluminium, wood and plastics.

A mono-muncher with macerator and feed hopper, designed and built from a second hand mono pump and verbal instrcution for the recycling industry.

We have prototyping experience in the chemical industry, food production, entertainment, automotive, marine, power generation, green energy as well as sports and leisure.

Easy Q

Our two different styles of the Easy Q product.

Easy Q was designed by Mike Murphy; and manufactured IDM Engineering. We helped Mike to turn his idea into a product which is now on a mainstream market. The Easy Q is used to improve the technique of a disabled person during a game of pool or snooker. Its precision angling enables a disabled player to connect with the ball more accuratly and allows them to make the shot of their desire.
