IDM Engineering offer a 24 hour call out service to contract maintenance customers, giving a response within the hour to local customers and the same day to national customers where possible.

To ensure an efficient and cost effective service we will dispatch a multi skilled maintenance engineer to your site to diagnose the fault whether it is mechanical or electrical we should be able to effect the repair with out delay.

Even in the cold winter of 2010 our 4 x 4 pick up made it to Yorkshire in -19 degrees and one meter of snow to repair frozen pipe work.

If new parts are required they can be sourced by our team back at the office and delivered to your site for fitting.

If it’s worn or damaged components that need repair, then we will remove them to our work shop for overhaul, returning the same day to refit if at all possible. Our aim is to get you up and running as soon as possible and reduce your down time.
