Salary: £14.50ph – £17.00ph based on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00AM and 4:30PM & Overtime

We are looking for a CNC Turner – Programmer to join our team – you will be producing small batches of precision metal and plastic components such as cylinder liners, fixtures & valves to fine tolerances with minimal supervision.
Your role will involve programming new design components from engineering drawings and editing existing programmes to produce finished parts. High levels of attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to read engineering drawings and use manual measuring equipment to check your own work.
You will need to have experience in a similar role and be able to work well as part of a team. Experience with Hurco Winmax Software or Conversational programming is essential.

Must be competent in programming and running CNC machinery

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to use precision measuring instruments
Knowledge of conversational programming
Good knowledge of G-code
Knowledge of Hurco
